PRS Announces New Affiliation

Pacific Retirement Services is thrilled to welcome Haverland Carter Lifestyle Group (HCLG) to the PRS family of communities. Comprised of two life plan communities, two assisted living and memory support communities, and a hospice care facility, HCLG will collaborate with PRS to provide premier services to its more than 800 residents across multiple communities.

As a proven leader in the senior living industry, PRS has the ideal scale to support HCLG’s five communities located in New Mexico, Colorado, and Oklahoma. This partnership signifies both organizations’ commitment to empowering people to live meaningful lives as they age and shaping a future where aging is embraced as an opportunity to thrive.

With the addition of HCLG, PRS’s network of communities located in the North, Mid, and Southwest regions will encompass nearly 60 organizations and more than 7,000 residents.

HCLG Hospice Care:

• Del Corazon Hospice, Santa Fe, New Mexico
